Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SEOBotPages collects, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It covers this website and every business page published on it.

Who we are

SEOBotPages is operated from India and publishes listings for businesses that sign up. For questions about this policy, or to exercise any right described below, write to hello@seobotpages.com. We aim to answer within 30 days.

What we collect

If you sign in. We use Google Sign-In. Google sends us your name, email address, profile picture URL and Google account identifier. We never receive your password. This identifies you as the owner of the businesses you publish and as the author of any review you leave.

If you publish a business. Everything you enter — business name, description, address, phone, WhatsApp number, email, GSTIN, logo, products, services and prices — is stored and shown publicly. That is the purpose of the service.

If you place an order or send an enquiry. Your name, phone number and what you asked for are stored and passed to the business concerned so it can respond and issue an invoice.

If you leave a review. Your Google display name, profile picture, rating, text and any photographs you attach are published. You can edit or delete your own review at any time.

Automatically. Our servers log page addresses and visit counts. Cookies set by the services below may also record how you use the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work:

  • Google (Sign-In, AdSense, Tag Manager) — authentication, advertising and measurement.
  • Amazon Web Services — image storage and outbound email.
  • OpenAI — when a business owner uses an AI feature, the text they submit is sent for processing. This never happens automatically in the background.
  • The business you contact — order and enquiry details go to that business directly.

Messaging a business on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp itself; that conversation is between you and the business, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, and we neither see nor store it.

Cookies and advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by Google at Google Ads Settings. You may opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info or, in Europe, at Your Online Choices.

Ads and analytics cookies are not set until you allow them. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent you previously gave. Write to hello@seobotpages.com.

If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you these rights and the right to nominate someone to exercise them on your behalf. Our Grievance Officer can be reached at that same address.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to request a portable copy of your data, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

Deleting your account removes your listings and your reviews. Orders already placed are kept where a business needs them for its tax records.

How long we keep it

Account and listing data is kept while your account is open. Orders and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires the business to retain them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics.

Security and location

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Our providers store data on servers that may be outside India, including in the United States. Passwords are never stored, because we never receive one.

Children

This service is intended for businesses and adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
